    Thank you for choosing Somerset Medical Spa (SMS). This policy outlines our terms for returns and refunds to ensure clarity for all transactions. Please review our terms carefully.


    1. Terms of Return – Products Only

    SMS accepts product returns only; services are non-returnable, and all service sales are final. Product returns must be initiated within 14 days of purchase.


    2. State of Return – Unused Products Only  

    We accept returns on products that are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Any product that has been opened, used, or altered in any way is ineligible for return.


    3. No Refunds on Services  

    Refunds are not available for services once rendered. If there is a specific concern with a service, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment. At our discretion, we may offer a corrective service to address concerns, but this is not guaranteed.


    4. Process for Product Returns 

    To initiate a return on eligible products:

       - Use the contact form on our website within the 14-day return period.

       - Provide the product details, date of purchase, and any required photos or documentation.


    Upon review, we will determine if the product return is eligible under our policy. Only approved returns will proceed to the refund process.


    5. Refund Process for Products  

    For eligible product returns:

       - Refunds will be issued within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.

       - Refunds will be credited to the original payment method only. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.


    6. Service Satisfaction Terms  

    Results of services may vary based on individual characteristics, and we do not guarantee specific outcomes. We follow best practices in every treatment, though individual results may differ. If you wish to discuss your results, please contact us promptly using the contact form on our website within the 48-hour window.
